Each salon's online booking page is run by that salon. Its contact details are in the legal notice on its booking page.

Contact point for authorities and users

Authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and users of our Service can contact us directly by email at [email protected] (Articles 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act). Please write in English or German.

Report illegal content

Salons publish their own booking pages, pictures and texts on WeDoAnyNail. If you believe that something there is illegal or infringes your rights, for example a photo that was copied without permission, email us at [email protected] with:

the exact web address (URL) of the content, and a description of it if the address alone is not enough;
why you believe it is illegal or infringes your rights, for example which work it copies and that you own it;
your name and email address, unless you are reporting certain child sexual abuse offences;
a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete.

We confirm receipt, deal with reports carefully, objectively and without undue delay, and tell you what we decided. If we remove or restrict content, we tell the salon why and how it can object. Our Terms of Service (section 9) explain how we deal with content. We do not use automated tools to decide on reports.
